Are conversions last touch group-wide?
No. At this time, there is no group-wide conversion ability for last touch. The only option is company-wide attribution when using conversion segments.
Can groups be built at the company-level and used at the client-level?
No. Groups must be used under the client from which they are built. Groups cannot be shared between parent and child organizations.
Can I change the status of my group?
Group statuses are based on the campaigns in that group, therefore, the only way to change the group status is to adjust the campaigns in the group. The group status updates based on the campaigns in the group, so you cannot activate or pause a group status like you can an individual campaign.
Can I edit the columns on the Groups Performance page?
No. At this time, the columns on all of the group pages are fixed.
Can I set a budget at the group-level?
No, budgets must be set at the campaign-level.
Can one campaign be in multiple groups?
No, campaigns can only be in one Campaign Group. Once a campaign has started spending, it cannot be removed from a group.
